ScratchAll Game

Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: March 14, 2025

Welcome to ScratchAll! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ScratchAll game, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by ScratchAll ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Key Definitions: "Registered Users" are users who have created an account and completed account verification. "Virtual Items" refers to all virtual in-game items including Coins, Diamonds, tickets, cosmetics, and Savings Vault contents (see Section 5). "Coins" are the primary virtual currency. "Diamonds" are the premium virtual currency (see Section 5.5). "Reward Tokens" are virtual credits earned through Rewarded Ad interactions (see Section 2.14). "Reward Packs" are tiered bundles of randomized Virtual Items obtainable through redemption of Reward Tokens (see Section 2.14.3). "Purchased Items" are Virtual Items acquired through direct expenditure of real money. "Earned Items" are Virtual Items acquired without direct expenditure of real money (see Section 5.3). "Anonymous Play" refers to use of the Service without a registered account (see Section 2.5). "Piggy Vault" refers to the vault available during Anonymous Play (see Section 2.7). "Savings Vault" refers to the level-based vault available to registered users (see Section 2.12). "The Shop" refers to our in-game store for purchasing Virtual Items (see Section 6).

1. The Service

ScratchAll is a free-to-play entertainment service where users can play virtual scratch-off games. The Service is for entertainment purposes only. No real money can be won from playing the game. The Service may contain advertisements, such as inline ads.

2. Gameplay Mechanics

2.1. Ticket Activation and Cost: When a virtual scratch ticket is loaded for play, its potential prize outcomes are populated based on that specific ticket's predetermined odds. The cost of the ticket in Coins is deducted from your coin balance only when you begin to interact with (i.e., "scratch") the ticket.

2.2. How to Play: Players use their mouse or finger to virtually scratch the surface of the ticket to reveal prize values. After revealing the main play area(s) and the "Scratch to Cash" area, a "Scan" button will appear. The player may then select the "Scan" button to display the ticket's total prize value in the reveal area. The calculated prize value is still awarded to the user if they exit the game without selecting the "Scan" button.

2.3. Prizes: Players can win virtual Coins from tickets. Certain tickets may also award Diamonds or other Virtual Items as prizes. All prizes won from tickets are considered Earned Items subject to Section 5.3.

2.4. Ticket Variety: The Service features different types of virtual scratch tickets. These tickets may vary in their cost (in Coins or Diamonds), the range of possible prize values, the types of prizes available, minimum and maximum win amounts, and the odds of winning. Certain special tickets may only be available for purchase with Diamonds.

2.5. Anonymous Play: You may use the Service without creating an account ("Anonymous Play"). During Anonymous Play, you begin your session with 200 Coins. Your anonymous session begins when you first visit the Service and view the main page where your balance is displayed. Your session duration continues for 24 hours from this initial visit, at which point your Coin balance and Piggy Vault progress (as defined in Section 2.7) will reset. Your session persists within your browser during this 24-hour period. Diamonds are not available during Anonymous Play.

2.6. Balance Restrictions for Anonymous Play: While playing anonymously, you begin with 200 Coins and may spend them on tickets. Once your balance falls below 100 Coins, you may only win back up to a maximum balance of 100 Coins from ticket winnings. Any ticket winnings that would cause your balance to exceed 100 Coins will not be credited to your balance but will instead contribute to your Piggy Vault (as defined in Section 2.7). To maintain a balance above 100 Coins or to claim accumulated Piggy Vault earnings, you must create and verify an account.

2.7. The Piggy Vault (Anonymous Play): During Anonymous Play, you have access to a vault feature called the "Piggy Vault." The Piggy Vault accumulates Coins based on your ticket winnings, calculated using a contribution rate that may vary depending on numerous factors, including but not limited to: the size of each individual win, current promotions, and other factors at our sole discretion. The Piggy Vault continues to fill based on your winnings even after your Coin balance reaches its cap, and will continue accumulating until the Piggy Vault reaches its maximum capacity. The maximum capacity of the Piggy Vault may vary. Both your Coin balance and Piggy Vault progress reset 24 hours after your Anonymous Play session begins.

2.8. Claiming Piggy Vault Earnings: Piggy Vault earnings can only be claimed by creating a new account and verifying that account via email confirmation on the same device and browser where the Piggy Vault earnings were originally accumulated. We use browser storage mechanisms, including cookies and local storage, to verify device and browser continuity. For more information about how we use these technologies, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Upon successful account creation and email verification on the verified device and browser, your accumulated Piggy Vault earnings will be converted to Coins on a one-to-one basis and added to your starting account balance. All winnings from that point forward will persist across all devices where you are signed in. If you create an account or attempt to verify an account on a different device or browser than where your Piggy Vault earnings were accumulated, those Piggy Vault earnings will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.

2.9. Registered User Gameplay: Registered users begin with a starting balance of 150 Coins, plus any Piggy Vault earnings claimed at the time of signup if applicable. This starting balance amount is subject to change at our discretion. We may provide additional signup bonuses to certain users through promotional offers, testing programs, referral rewards, or other means. Registered users have access to the Savings Vault (as defined in Section 2.12) and may acquire Diamonds.

2.10. Daily Login Calendar: Registered users may participate in a seven-day cyclical reward system ("Daily Calendar"). Rewards obtained through the Daily Calendar, including Coins, Diamonds, and Chests, are classified as Earned Items subject to Section 5.3. The following terms apply specifically to the Daily Calendar:

  • 2.10.1. Cycle Timing and Availability: A Daily Calendar cycle commences upon the initial claim of the Day 1 reward and persists for a fixed seven-day duration. Daily rewards become available for claim at 12:00 AM (Midnight) according to your local device timezone. In instances where local timezone cannot be definitively established, the daily reset time defaults to 12:00 AM Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). This schedule is effective immediately and replaces any prior rolling-window mechanisms.
  • 2.10.2. Missed Days and Forfeiture: The seven-day cycle advances automatically each day at midnight, independent of user login activity. Failure to claim a reward within its designated availability window constitutes a "Missed Day." Rewards and associated Points corresponding to a Missed Day are immediately forfeited and cannot be recovered or claimed retroactively.
  • 2.10.3. Streak Mechanics: Consecutive daily claims may accumulate a "Streak," potentially applying a multiplier to subsequent rewards. The occurrence of a Missed Day results in the immediate termination of the current Streak and the resetting of any associated multipliers to their base values.
  • 2.10.4. Progressive Structure and Mystery Chests: The Daily Calendar utilizes a progressive reward structure wherein the value of Virtual Items generally increases with each subsequent day claimed within a single cycle. The final day of the cycle typically awards a "Mystery Chest." This Chest contains a randomized bundle of Virtual Items (Coins and/or Diamonds). The contents of a Mystery Chest are variable and are not predetermined by the visual representation of the Chest.
  • 2.10.5. Point Accumulation and Gift Milestones: Successful daily claims award "Points". These Points accumulate toward specific "Gift Milestones" within the user interface. Unlike daily rewards, accrued Points persist until all milestones within the current tracking period are achieved, at which time the tracking period resets. Points serve solely as a progress metric for Gift Milestones and possess no independent redemption value. Points are not awarded for Missed Days.
  • 2.10.6. Reward Determination and Modification: The specific type, quantity, and value of Virtual Items offered are variable. Reward and Points configurations may differ significantly between individual users and between separate calendar cycles. Allocations are determined based on algorithmic factors, including but not limited to: account standing, total cycles completed, historical engagement, and current promotional parameters. We offer no guarantee regarding specific reward values for any given day or cycle. Tentative future rewards displayed within the Daily Calendar, progression through days and weeks, and calendar, streak, and points progression may be reset, suspended, adjusted, terminated, or otherwise modified at the sole discretion of the Service. See Section 5 for more information about Virtual Items usage and limitations.

2.11. Milestone Rewards: The Service offers tiered milestone reward systems for registered users. These systems provide rewards based on achieving specific thresholds, including one system based on the cumulative number of tickets scratched and another based on the total amount of Coins won. Milestone rewards may include Coins, Diamonds, or other Virtual Items. For illustrative purposes only, an example milestone might include earning bonus Coins or Diamonds for scratching your 50th ticket, though actual milestones, reward tiers, amounts, and requirements are subject to change at our discretion. All milestone rewards are considered Earned Items subject to Section 5.3.

2.12. The Savings Vault (Registered Users): Registered users have access to a vault feature called the "Savings Vault." The Savings Vault operates on a level-based system. At each level, the Savings Vault accumulates Coins based on your ticket winnings, calculated using a contribution rate that may vary depending on numerous factors, including but not limited to: the size of each individual win, your current Savings Vault level, the current fill amount of your Savings Vault, your account progression, account standing, purchase history, current promotions, and other factors at our sole discretion. Each Savings Vault level has a maximum Coin capacity; once the Savings Vault reaches its maximum capacity for the current level, no additional Coins will be contributed until the vault is claimed. The maximum capacity, contribution rates, and other parameters may differ at each level and are subject to change at our discretion.

2.13. Claiming Savings Vault Contents: To claim the contents of your Savings Vault, you must expend Diamonds. The Diamond cost to claim the Savings Vault may vary depending on numerous factors, including but not limited to: your current Savings Vault level, the amount of Coins in the vault, your account progression, account standing, purchase history, current promotions, and other factors at our sole discretion. The Diamond cost displayed at the time of claim is the cost that will be charged. Upon claiming, the Coins in your Savings Vault are added to your Coin balance, your Savings Vault is reset to empty, and you advance to the next Savings Vault level. Coins claimed from the Savings Vault are considered Earned Items subject to Section 5.3. You are not required to claim your Savings Vault; unclaimed contents persist indefinitely until claimed, but no additional Coins can be contributed once the vault reaches its maximum capacity for the current level.

2.14. Rewarded Advertisements and Reward Tokens: The Service may offer registered users and anonymous users the opportunity to view advertisements ("Rewarded Ads") in exchange for virtual reward credits ("Reward Tokens"). Reward Tokens are a limited-use virtual credit earned exclusively through Rewarded Ad interactions and are governed by the following terms:

  • 2.14.1. Earning Reward Tokens: Reward Tokens are awarded upon successful completion of a Rewarded Ad interaction. The number of Reward Tokens awarded per interaction is determined at our sole discretion and may vary. A Rewarded Ad interaction is deemed "successful" only when the advertisement is fully loaded and presented by our third-party advertising partner; availability of advertisements is not guaranteed and may be affected by your geographic region, device settings, browser configuration (including ad-blocking software), network conditions, and third-party ad inventory. We bear no responsibility for the unavailability of advertisements.
  • 2.14.2. Cooldown Period: After each successful Reward Token claim, a cooldown period applies during which no additional Reward Tokens may be earned. The duration of this cooldown period is determined at our sole discretion and may change at any time without notice. Attempts to circumvent or manipulate the cooldown mechanism, including but not limited to manipulation of device clocks, browser storage, or use of multiple sessions, constitute a violation of Section 7 (User Conduct).
  • 2.14.3. Reward Packs: Reward Tokens may be redeemed for "Reward Packs" containing randomized assortments of Virtual Items, which may include Coins, Diamonds, and multipliers that modify the value of other items within the same pack. Reward Packs are available in multiple tiers, each requiring a different quantity of Reward Tokens. Higher-tier Reward Packs may contain a greater variety or value of Virtual Items, but specific contents are randomized and not guaranteed. Certain Reward Pack tiers may be restricted to registered users and unavailable during Anonymous Play. Reward Packs available during Anonymous Play do not contain Diamonds.
  • 2.14.4. Reward Pack Contents: The contents of each Reward Pack are determined at the time of redemption through randomized selection. The specific type, quantity, and value of Virtual Items contained within any Reward Pack are variable and may differ between individual redemptions, between users, and between tiers. Visual depictions of Reward Pack contents, tier labels, and item descriptions displayed within the Service are illustrative of the general category of items available and do not constitute a guarantee of specific prize values. All Virtual Items obtained through Reward Packs are considered Earned Items subject to Section 5.3.
  • 2.14.5. Reward Pack Multipliers: A Reward Pack may contain a multiplier value that is applied to the base Virtual Item quantities displayed for that pack prior to final crediting. Multipliers are determined through randomized selection at the time of redemption and may be greater than, equal to, or less than one (1.0). A multiplier greater than 1.0 increases the base quantities displayed; a multiplier less than 1.0 reduces them. The resulting final quantities after application of the multiplier are the actual amounts credited to the user. Base quantities displayed within a Reward Pack before the multiplier is revealed represent pre-multiplier values only and are not guaranteed as the final award. The range, distribution, and likelihood of any particular multiplier value are determined at our sole discretion and are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • 2.14.6. Reward Token Persistence: For registered users, Reward Token balances persist across devices and sessions. For anonymous users, Reward Token balances are stored locally on the device and browser used to earn them and are subject to the same session limitations described in Section 2.5, including the 24-hour reset. Reward Tokens stored locally may be lost due to clearing of browser data, use of private/incognito browsing modes, or switching devices or browsers. We are not responsible for the loss of locally stored Reward Token balances.
  • 2.14.7. No Independent Value: Reward Tokens have no cash value, no real-world equivalent, and no redemption value outside of the Reward Pack system described herein. Reward Tokens cannot be transferred, traded, sold, or exchanged for Coins, Diamonds, or any other Virtual Item except through the Reward Pack redemption mechanism. Reward Token balances, earning rates, cooldown durations, Reward Pack tiers, Reward Pack contents, and all other parameters of this system may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice.

2.15. Persistence and Future Features: For registered users, all Virtual Item balances (including Coins, Diamonds, and Reward Tokens), Savings Vault contents, Savings Vault level progress, and gameplay progress persist across all devices where you are signed in. We may introduce additional reward systems or other bonus mechanisms for registered users in the future.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use the Service with the permission and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13.

4. User Accounts

4.1. Account Creation: To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated.

4.2. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3. Usernames: Your username is your identity on our platform. You may not use a username that is profane, offensive, infringes on any third party's rights, or is intended to impersonate another person. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change any username we deem inappropriate or to suspend or remove the associated account.

4.4. Account Transfers: The trading, selling, or transferring of accounts between users is strictly forbidden. Any attempt to do so may result in the immediate termination of the involved accounts.

5. Virtual Items

5.1. Definition: The Service includes virtual in-game items ("Virtual Items"). These include, but are not limited to:

  • Coins: The primary virtual currency used to purchase virtual Scratch Tickets or Cards. Coins can be won from tickets, received as daily bonuses, claimed from the Piggy Vault or Savings Vault, obtained through exchange of Diamonds (as described in Section 5.5), or acquired through other means within the Service.
  • Diamonds: A premium virtual currency that may be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay, promotions, or other means. Diamonds may be exchanged for Coins, used to claim Savings Vault contents (as described in Section 2.13), or used to acquire special tickets, cosmetics, or other Virtual Items. The terms governing Diamonds are set forth in Section 5.5.
  • Scratch Tickets/Cards: The virtual items used to play the core game. Certain special tickets may only be available for purchase with Diamonds.
  • Reward Tokens: A limited-use virtual credit earned through Rewarded Ad interactions, redeemable for Reward Packs as described in Section 2.14. Reward Tokens are not transferable and have no independent redemption value.
  • Cosmetics and Boosters: Items that change the appearance of your game or provide temporary enhancements to gameplay. These may be acquired with Coins, Diamonds, or real money.
  • Savings Vault Contents: Coins accumulated in your Savings Vault (as described in Section 2.12) are considered Virtual Items. Savings Vault contents may only be claimed by expending Diamonds as described in Section 2.13.

5.2. No Real-World Value: Virtual Items are for entertainment purposes only and have no cash value or real-world equivalent. They cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or services from us or any other party. You agree that you have no property interest in any Virtual Items. The prices at which Virtual Items are offered within the Service do not reflect any real-world value.

5.3. Limited License and Revocation: When you acquire Virtual Items, you are obtaining a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use those Virtual Items within the Service. You acknowledge a distinction between Virtual Items acquired directly or indirectly through the expenditure of real money ("Purchased Items") and those acquired solely through gameplay, winnings, daily bonuses, or promotions without any expenditure of real money ("Earned Items"). We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Earned Items at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion, and we will have no liability to you for such actions. This includes the right to revoke any Earned Items, particularly in cases of suspected cheating or exploitation. Purchased Items will not be revoked except in verified cases of fraud, payment refunds, chargebacks, or a material violation of these Terms. If you purchase Diamonds with real money and subsequently exchange those Diamonds for Coins, such Coins are now considered Earned Items. If you earn Diamonds through gameplay and exchange them for Coins, such Coins remain Earned Items.

5.4. Bonuses: We may offer a fixed daily bonus of Coins. We may also offer additional bonuses, which may be random or targeted to specific players or groups of players. All bonuses, including bonus Diamonds or bonus Coins included as part of a purchase bundle, are considered Earned Items and are subject to the terms in Section 5.3 unless explicitly designated otherwise. Bonus Virtual Items depicted or described in connection with a purchase are illustrative of the value proposition of that purchase and may vary.

5.5. Diamonds: Diamonds are a premium virtual currency within the Service. The following terms apply specifically to Diamonds:

  • 5.5.1. Acquisition: Diamonds may be purchased with real money through the Shop (as described in Section 6) or earned through gameplay, promotions, achievements, or other means we make available. Diamonds are not available during Anonymous Play (as described in Section 2.5).
  • 5.5.2. Exchange for Coins: Diamonds may be exchanged for Coins within the Service. The exchange rate between Diamonds and Coins is variable and may differ based on numerous factors, including but not limited to: your account progression, account standing, previous actions within the Service, purchase history, the timing and frequency of exchanges, promotional periods, and other factors at our sole discretion. The exchange rate displayed at the time of an exchange transaction is the rate that will be applied to that transaction. We do not guarantee any particular exchange rate, and exchange rates may change at any time without notice. In certain limited circumstances, we may also permit the exchange of Coins for Diamonds; such reverse exchanges, if available, are subject to their own variable rates and conditions.
  • 5.5.3. Direct Use: In addition to exchange for Coins, Diamonds may be used directly to claim Savings Vault contents (as described in Section 2.13), purchase special tickets, acquire cosmetics, or obtain other Virtual Items or features as we make available. The Diamond cost for such items and features may vary based on the same factors described in Section 5.5.2.
  • 5.5.4. No Expiration: Diamonds do not expire. However, Diamonds remain subject to forfeiture upon account termination as described in Section 11, and to revocation as described in Section 5.3 and 6.6.

6. Purchases and Payments

6.1. The Shop: You may purchase a license to use certain Virtual Items through our in-game "Shop" using real money. This may include "Coin Packs," "Diamond Packs," "Content Packs," "Feature Packs," "Boosts," "Bundles," or "Stashes" (expression may vary) containing a combination of Virtual Items. Diamond Packs allow you to acquire Diamonds directly with real money. The Shop also provides access to free reward mechanisms, including the Daily Calendar (Section 2.10), Rewarded Advertisements and Reward Tokens (Section 2.14), milestone systems (Section 2.11), and the Savings Vault (Section 2.12). Access to certain free reward mechanisms may require a registered account.

6.2. Payment Processing: All real-money transactions are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to abide by Stripe's terms and conditions. We do not receive or store your full financial information.

6.3. All Purchases Final: You acknowledge that all purchases are final and non-refundable. We are not required to provide a refund for any reason. If you believe your account has been charged in error, you must contact us within 30 days. Refunds for such errors will be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.

6.4. Pricing Variability: The prices of Virtual Items, including Diamonds, Coins, and other items available in the Shop, may vary. Prices may differ based on numerous factors, including but not limited to: your account progression, account standing, previous actions within the Service, purchase history, the quantity being purchased, the timing of the purchase, promotional periods, and other factors at our sole discretion. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price that will be charged for that transaction. We do not guarantee any particular price, and prices may change at any time without notice.

6.5. Promotional Pricing and Sales: We may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers from time to time. Such offers may be available only to specific users or for a limited time. We are not obligated to offer you any particular promotion or the lowest available price at any given time. When a discount or sale price is displayed, the comparison price shown (such as a "regular price" or "original price") may reflect the highest price historically charged for the smallest available quantity tier of that item or a comparable item, and may not represent the price most recently charged or the price available to all users. Bonus Virtual Items depicted in connection with promotional offers are illustrative and may vary, as described in Section 5.4.

6.6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account pending investigation. Upon confirmation of a chargeback, we will conduct an account inspection and may revoke any Virtual Items, including both Purchased Items and Earned Items, in accordance with Section 5.3. If Virtual Items obtained through the disputed transaction have been exchanged, spent, or otherwise converted, we may place your account balance into a negative state or terminate your account. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may be considered a material violation of these Terms.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to do any of the following while using the Service:

  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service.
  • Exploit any bug or glitch in the Service for personal gain.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Harass, threaten, bully, embarrass, or do anything else to another player that is unwanted, such as repeatedly sending unsolicited messages.
  • Post or share any content that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable or offensive.
  • Attempt to disrupt or overburden our servers or networks.

Violation of these rules of conduct may result in the suspension or termination of your account at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1. Our Content: The Service and all of its components, including the user interface, game mechanics, software code, branding, and logos ("Our Content") are the exclusive property of ScratchAll and its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Our Content.

8.2. Third-Party Content and Takedown Notices: Certain visual assets or characters displayed within the Service are for illustrative and parody purposes only. Ownership and all rights to these existing assets remain with their respective rights holders. You may not reproduce these digital assets. If you are a copyright holder and believe your content has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at [email protected].

8.3. Fictional Nature of Characters: All characters depicted within the Service are entirely fictitious. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or deceased, is purely coincidental.

9. Referral Programs

From time to time, we may offer referral programs that allow you to invite friends to join the Service in exchange for rewards, such as Coins, Diamonds, or other Virtual Items. A "Qualified Referral" is typically defined as a new user who creates an account through your unique referral link or by using your referral code. Specific programs may require the referred user to achieve certain in-game milestones before full referral rewards are granted. All referral rewards are considered Earned Items subject to Section 5.3. The precise terms and rewards for each referral program will be detailed within that program's specific rules.

10. Leaderboards and Competitions

The Service may feature leaderboards that display user-generated usernames along with various statistics about a player's virtual experiences and balances. We may also run competitions tied to these leaderboards. Competition leaderboards typically reset at the end of the competition period and may award Coins, Diamonds, or other Virtual Items as prizes to top-ranking players. All competition prizes are considered Earned Items subject to Section 5.3. All our decisions regarding competitions and prizes are final.

11. Termination and Suspension

11.1. Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and your access to the Service, at our sole discretion and without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: violation of Section 7 (User Conduct), initiating a chargeback as described in Section 6.6, or any other material violation of these Terms.

11.2. Forfeiture of Virtual Items: In the event of account termination, you will forfeit all Virtual Items associated with your account, including all Coins, Diamonds, Reward Tokens, Savings Vault contents, Savings Vault level progress, cosmetics, and any other Virtual Items, whether Purchased Items or Earned Items. You will not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or conversion of forfeited Virtual Items to real money or any other form of value.

11.3. Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the "Delete Account" button on the Account Settings page. Upon voluntary termination, you will forfeit all Virtual Items as described in Section 11.2.

11.4. Effect of Termination: Our goal is to ensure a safe and fair environment, and we will take actions we believe are appropriate to maintain it. Termination of your account does not limit any other remedies we may have against you.

12. Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS. By agreeing to these Terms, you and ScratchAll agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be determined by binding arbitration, not in a court of law.

12.1. Arbitration Agreement: You and ScratchAll agree to arbitrate all disputes. Arbitration is more informal than a lawsuit in court and uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury.

12.2. Class Action Waiver: YOU AND SCRATCHALL AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

12.3. Procedure: The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, or another mutually agreed location.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

14.1. Disclaimer of Warranty: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

14.2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScratchAll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScratchAll and its employees, officers, directors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

16. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

17. Contact Information

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at: [email protected]
